Take a look inside one of the #CROWD2023 residencies with dance artists Anni Puuperä and Natalia Barua who were based at The Work Room in Glasgow from 18th – 29th September 2023 . This was their second residency together with their first taking place at TaikaBox in Oulu, Finland from 17th – 28th July.
In this film the dance artists share some of the ways they have been exploring and researching the themes and topics of restful practice, rest, care, boundaries, listening, object-making and community dance practice. They also reflect on the impact that the space and time that the CROWD residencies have offered have had on their practice and their approach to future work.
